You should choose your bakeware based on what you like to bake. Select from the following:

Can be ceramic, glass, or stainless steel. Assorted sizes. Also called a baking sheet, the best are heavy quality aluminum, non-stick, with 1/2" flared edges. Stainless steel cutters are the best for long lasting use. Should be approximately 12"-14". The best are made from chromed steel.
Tips
• Best to use an aluminum or non-stick cookie sheet.

Usually 8"-9", the most versatile has a two quart capacity. Look for anodized aluminum or non-stick versions for easier removal. The standard size is 8"-9" square with a two quart capacity. Best types are made from anodized aluminum and are non-stick. Usually 8"-9" (in diameter) by 2". Should be anodized or non-stick for easy removal and maintenance.
Tips
• Use a non-stick pan for easier removal and clean-up.

About 8"-11", wide, with a flat rim. Aluminum pans are generally considered best, although Pyrex dishes are popular and glass is considered best for baking a pie with a top crust.
Tips
• Making your own pie crust is a fun project. But if you're also looking for a faster method, check your grocery store for great ready-made crusts. Then you can just add your ingredients, bake, and you're done!

Best when made of heavyweight aluminum, tinned steel or cast iron. Usually come in 6 or 12 cup sizes. Be sure to buy a non-stick if you don't want to grease or use papers.
Tips
• For easier cleanup, buy paper or tinfoil muffin cups to line the muffin tin. Also provides a wrapper for presentation.
• Use this pan for great decorative cupcakes too.
• Non-stick pan is preferable.

Made of black steel or perforated aluminum. Depressed center creates a thicker cake that absorbs jelly better. Doubles as a cookie sheet.
